Sekian lama x exercise
These few days started exercise
Sikit2 je macam squat aje
Today start dengan squat, lari setempat and lompat bintang
X sampai 5 minit
Dah rasa oxygen x sampai kat jantung
Terus stop
Sikit2 la dulu
Nanti lama2 ok la tu
